East 54 Building 100 (Chapel Hill) - East 54 Building 100 is a sustainably designed, mixed-use building which has earned the 10th LEED Platinum award in North Carolina, and only the second LEED Platinum rated Core & Shell building.   MCI provided design/build services for the HVAC systems for the Class A office space, first floor retail space, and the underground parking deck. Design includes energy monitoring with sub-meters that report to an Energy Management Software System.
